By Simon Bristow

After his first show sold out in minutes, comedian Micky Flanagan has added a second date to his UK tour at Connexin Live in Hull.

Flanagan will visit the newly named venue on Wednesday, October 25 and now also on Thursday, October 26 this year. Tickets for the second show are on sale now.

The man who gave Britain the “Out Out” phrase, which was used by Piccadilly Circus tube to put a smile on commuters’ faces as the country came out out of lockdown, is extending his sold out UK tour.

He is the latest in a long line of comedians to have announced shows at the Arena.

Jack Whitehall performed two sell-out shows in spring and comics Michael McIntyre, Sarah Millican, Russell Howard and Romesh Ranganathan will all perform at the venue in the coming months.

Flanagan is known for TV shows including Mock the Week, A League of Their Own, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Was It Something I Said?, Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow and I Love My Country.

His 2017 tour ‘An Another Fing’ was a smash hit, selling over 600,000 tickets.

The performance will be a ‘phone free experience’ with the use of phones, smart watches and accessories not be permitted in the performance space.

Tickets for the show are available from www.connexinlivehull.com or by visiting Ticketmaster. VIP and hospitality upgrades are also available for all shows – email hull@eu.asmglobal.com for more details.
