Have your say on Hull’s culture and leisure services

LEISURE: Beverley Road Baths

By Rick Lyon

Residents across Hull are being urged to have their say on the city’s culture and leisure services.

Hull Culture and Leisure, which runs museums, theatres, parks, leisure centres and libraries in the city, has launched a survey to gain a greater understanding of how people rate and use them.

The survey asks users which services and facilities they use, why they use the ones they do, and why they don’t use others.

The results will be used by Hull Culture and Leisure to improve customer service and the offer it provides, with participants also entered into a prize draw to win £100 in high street shopping vouchers.

CULTURE: Ferens Art Gallery

The list of services covered in the survey include:

  • Hull City Hall

  • Ferens Art Gallery

  • Hull History Centre

  • Hull Ice Arena

  • Leisure centres, pools and sports centres

  • Libraries

  • Museums

  • Hull New Theatre

  • Parks

  • Sutton Park Golf Course

SERVICES: Hull Central Library

The survey, which closes on Monday, June 6, only takes a few minutes to complete. Responses can be anonymised and will not be shared with any third parties.

Visit www.hull.gov.uk/haveyoursay to take the survey. Alternatively, text ‘panel’ to 60030 or to 07795 563 000 or email insight@hullcc.gov.uk.
