For Entrepreneurs Only (FEO) has announced that David Hall will take over from Peter Aarosin as Chair of the board of directors, with Rob Brocklesby stepping into the role of Vice Chair.
As former Vice Chair, David, managing director of Beverley Leisure Homes, brings a strong SME perspective to FEO.
An entrepreneur with a passion for manufacturing, he left school at 16, completed an apprenticeship in cabinet making and started his first business at the age of 22.
He joined FEO as a member before becoming a director in 2020 and is the current Entrepreneur of the Year for the HEY Business Awards.
David said: “Being around this board table is a huge privilege for me, and I feel it stands as an excellent example of entrepreneurial spirit, where in this region, drive and ambition can get you everywhere.
“I have benefitted as a member through the programmes and mentoring available, and I understand the value of FEO. I’m pleased to have the opportunity to lead the organisation over the next three years.”

Rob, managing director at Adams & Green, also joined the board in 2020 and leads FEO’s Step Change for Growth and End Game(s) programmes, helping local entrepreneurs think through important decisions around growth, succession and the future of their businesses.
Rob brings a wealth of business experience to the role, having grown a family business from £2m to £50m turnover before selling it in 2022.
Peter will continue to serve as a board member of FEO and remain actively involved in supporting the organisation.
He said: “I am absolutely delighted to be introducing David as the incoming Chair. He brings experience, credibility and a fresh outlook, and I have every confidence he will do a tremendous job.
“I wish him every success as he begins his time leading FEO.”
